HOW DO I REGISTER MY ITEM?

You can register your item using theISR.org or www.adnas.com/retainagroup 

Both websites will make sure your item is being registered. 

DOES IT WORK IN MY COUNTRY?

Yes, our international database has a 24/7/365 service and with a smartphone you will be able to identify an object anywhere in the world that is marked with our products. We have routines for Police officers in all countries to help returning lost or stolen items.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

It depends on where you are located, inside the EU all our shipments goes through DHL with a fixed rate.

MY VEHICLE GOT STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

If your item has been registered and marked with our system you are able to log in to the portal and report your item stolen. Anyone can now identify the item as STOLEN when scanning the labels or searching on the code. This means that you increase your chances of getting it returned to you.

DO I GET INSURANCE BENEFITS?

As of now, there are insurance benefits in the UK and Sweden if you are using our system. Inform your insurance company that you are using our system and have them contact us if they are uncertain, we will gladly help you in getting a better insurance!

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BARE AND PAINTED METALS?

If you have purchased a product to mark painted metal or chassis, for example our MC/ATV/SNOWMOBILE Pack.
